odd question but i was just wondering, what graphic style is this?

ive seen some interesting animations in the same style in the past but i cant find them now. (i cant seem to find anything on google)

mainly, there was a really long gif animation which showed a kid on a bike who was getting attacked by a helicopter etc that was really good.

i wanted to try and make a basic shenmue type animation.

oekkaki. those things that used to be on a bunch of message boards and websites. it's a bit like drawing only using ms paint. as for the other one, weren't they just standard gif animations
