The only thing I truly hope for is that both 1 & 2 are released on a physical disc. I hate downloading games online. I need something physical. Everything else, I could really care less.

1. Brand new English dub for both Shenmue 1 & 2, making Ryo have a bit more personality.
2. Choice between English/Japanese dub/sub on both games.
3. Wait option in Shenmue 1.
4. Physical disc in shops as well as DLC.
5. Shenmue 1 & 2 transferable files.
6. Online multiplayer, eg Free battles with the characters, Forklift racing, arcade games. < Would be so win if they did that.

1. A Dreamcast 360 remote (hell yeah [not gonna happen...])
2. No load times (quite impossible however) << but still a 3-4 second load screen to show the area names.
3. Uncompressed textures would be cool.
4. Japanese and English voices (original Yuan voice too)
5. Some type of classic mode if updated graphics are included.
6. Working Shenmue 2 video filters, working S2 music.
7. Original Shenmue music, not diffrent music like what happened with Crazy Taxi (albeit its music was licensed)

My wishlist would be to see Ryo drinking the real Coke Cola can in HD. Including more toys like Jet Set Radio and have them be displayed in Ryo home and bedroom. Yeah also chapter 2 and a hidden scene with Niao Sun would be rich.

oh and also full translations of the game into spanish/german/french etc...
this was one of the main reasons why shenmue wasn't the success it should of been in Europe

- 360 interactive camera controlled via right thumbstick
- new & exclusive capsule toys (like 360/PS3 one for the console collections for example), and Ryo in his Forklift from SASASR to which Ryo says, "This is....."
- Item & Money save files to carry over to Shenmue II DLC
- a physical disc to add to my collection
- the bicycle
- the option to drive the motorbike to the Harbour instead of taking the bus.
- real weather in both Shenmue and Shenmue II
- Special behind the scenes "making of" footage, in better quality at least and with subtitles. Project Berkley or the Shenmue Premiere video for example.
- No waiting option
- New arcade cabinets for You arcade. I would even accept if they were a downloadable option
- New snacks to buy from Tomato Mart
- The boat chapter
- Return to Shen Huas home at the end of Shenmue II, so Ryo will finally be out of that fucking cave. Give the man a bed!
- a post credits scene that reveals anything new about the series, or what we can perhaps see in Shenmue III.


Also just want to touch upon some people requests of no loading times. I have to say i DONT want that. Shenmue has the best loading screens i have ever seen, accompanied with authentic music. To me they are as much a part of the game as a lot of other features. I would never want a GTA styked pop up of the area in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. The black screen, with the white calligraphy are great, and i would hate to miss out on seeing "Ryos Room" show up.
