Weird, now that I think about it. I'm 100% positive that that exact remix has been posted on this forum before, as that's where I first heard it and ripped it. So either the page has been deleted, it doesn't include Shenmue Remix in the thread title, or weird voodo magic.

[By the way, what the real and only lyrics of Tomato Convenience Store's music (in Shenmue I) are saying? Are they Japanese lyrics? I only get the "... Tomato!" at the end of every loop...]

They're saying 「あなたのコンビニ、トマト・マート！」(Anata no Konbini, Tomato Ma-to!)
Translation: Your convenience store, Tomato Mart!
