Ok I want to know who voted for Dreamcast Ryo and I want to know why. Can anyone seriously say with a straight face that it is of a better quality and look than the Shenmue Online Ryo? I mean I know it's a poll so people are entitled to their own opinions, but what the heck is going on here?!

It's the Ryo we know. The Ryo we love.
But it was the technical limitations of the Dreamcast that prevented him from looking like this. It's still the same Ryo, he's just more refined and detailed. Why would you not want that?

Always thought that this model was Ryo's true model, the one Suzuki thinks its him, i really like all models but this one will be always my favourite.

He looks like an actual teenager in Shenmue3, as he should.
To me, he had always been looking way older than 18 in the previous models (although they are great), except maybe in those Saturn builds.

Well he's 18 so not a teenager. But let's say that he his, well in that case this model would reflect that perfectly

Well in the US and many other countries, 18 is considered to be the adult age. Just because there's a "teen" in eighteen does not mean that the person is a teenager. But then again, it also depends on whether the person is considered to be an adult mentally.

It's so strange for me they needed to remake models. 3D is particularly the best media for keeping the shape and the works of something.

In particulary CGI polygons of Shenmue Online, with PS4 technology you can have exactly same and more.

Yes actually Ryo in Shenmue 3 looks good. But hair style is not exactly same. Normally more black and more large and more long behind the nuke. Small details I hope they will touch for the definitive version.
Alalala.. Cannot wait to see Ryo with Unreal Engine technology.
