Shenmue 3 is gonna be in villages and won't have stuff like in Japan and Hong Kong.
It would be awesome if they can make it like this as part of side story.

That Battlefield game talk about war and stuff. Shenmue is nothing of that scale. Shenmue is about martial arts and mythical legend. The CCP would want to make it as a tourist attraction. I think Sony want Shenmue to be huge in China. Also I think the CCP would probably be interested in funding this game so that Mr. Suzuki can make the landscape of China as great as possible.
