I think it's a fine idea, hope to get more official ones for the campaign. I'm sure some people would argue people could just huge the full amount for the KS but I don't think that is always true or the case. Very true! Analyzing the video on the Kickstarter page, it is interesting that Bailu Village is the third of the stretch goal locations. You would have thought it was a given that location would be in the game.
