I've played through kogami's undub and it was a fantastic experience. I was ecstatic when it was announced that a 100% translated version would be made available on Dreamcast.
I respect the decision, but like the others, I'm also pretty bummed about the project being mothballed.

Check eBay.co.uk and use a mail forwarder. I recently got a copy for a friend for about US$80 shipped to Australia.

I tested the first few days' worth of gameplay. It seemed constantly overcast or raining.

The BEST option is to have someone install a region-free BIOS in your Dreamcast. No more flapping around with boot discs, just pop in retail DC games from any region and play.
