Its only about 20$ dude, I say just go for it. Even if you find it mediocre you only paid 20$ for it (less if you find it used and do the whole card thing)

Because Yama inadvertently convinced me I decided to give FF 12 more of a chance and finally beat it and even dusted off my Zodiac copy and gave it a quick run. I enjoyed it but I'm still pissed Vaan and Penelo exist as they really fudge up the story.

We also got a glut of good DS games out of Sega. I personally enjoyed Infinite Space, Phantasy Star and Shining Force Feather a ton.

Its a pretty good PC style RPG that has a lot in conman with other Obsidian games of the past, sadly that also means a ton of bugs. To be honest its not so much Heavy Rain, more mass effect meets splinter cell then anything else.
