Will any box help with input lag?

How bad is the input lag with the hdmi thing? Also, do I need both of the things anime linked?

I think I will atleast get whatever I need to HD dreamcast for myself. Can anybody show me what to get?

Fine I will get them there 6th blender. To be fair, they are both old school gamers and love the dreamcast. Also, the love of Shenmue and the dreamcast is how we became friends.
