Baihu is just the final test the scout gives Ryo before "inducting him into the Chiyoumen". It's unlikely we'll see him again. At first it was speculated that it is Ziming, but the fact that Ryo beat him so soon kind of kills that idea... plus he's in the comic wearing different attire.
