Yakuza series

Very nice indeed.
It took so long to arrive, and this doesn't change the fact that Japan is getting Yakuza 4 the same month we are getting the third game of the series, but it is a surprisingly pleasant and considerate move from Sega.

Is this not the 4th with a spin off between 2 and 3?

Yeah but I don't think Kenzen has anything to do with the main story.

We surely will. The game (Yakuza 3) has to sell close to nothing (as it were) to it (4) never cross it here.

Kenzan, now, that is most certainly never going to come to the west.

Kenzan, now, that is most certainly never going to come to the west.

To be honest it has a good chance of selling next to nothing when they sell it next to God of War 3 and Final Fantasy XIII.

Yeah I don't have much hope for Yakuza 4 coming out over here. It will be a a blessing if this sells well.

Bah, i don't know about that. Y3 might not end up being a huge first-week success by any means, but I think after a couple months they'll more than likely make back the money it took to localize it, and then some. In the slightly longer run, it'll be more than enough of a success for them to localize the fourth game.

Well, here's hoping. I've done my bit anyway.. Hopefully with a more lucrative regular edition, which would suit a typical special edition for the same price helps gain some traction for sales.

Yakuza 3 can become a moderate success in the west, I believe, without great struggle. Give it time.
