Is it cheaper to spend the 250 now and the extra $80 in order to get the 20 free games? Or actually just buy them off the store once the $170 price drop rolls around? I did the math thats $4 a game for the 20 when you spend the extra 80 (250-170=80, 80/20 = 4), I guess the next question is do you really think you will play that many/have enough space on the memory card? :-k

GBA/NES games 10 each. That will fit easily. NES game is like 4Mega BITS (Gamecube memory card size) GBA range I think from 64MBit to 8GBit(bit not byte) so not much space taken at all.

And another reason to hate The Sun for being a load of crap.

So you dont have to give their crap site a hit ...

NINTENDO is slashing the price of its 3D console by a third - after claims it makes gamers feel dizzy and sick.

Surely there should be a factory restore setting.

Some of these articles about this are just laughable, and that sun article lol the top line makes it sound like the reason they are lowering the price is because it gives people headaches. the first time it made me sick I would be like well im not using the 3D anymore, like any other rational human being.

Waiting for the Playstation Vita, anyone know how to import from the US to UK?

The Vita is £229 in UK yet only $249 in US.

If only the screen was bigger I might not complaint about not having HD. One thing that pisses me off about Nintendo is that all they think about is the cost when they are going to design a new console or a handheld and they always stay behind Sony. Why can't they just give us the best and take a loss like Sony and make it up with the sales of their software? Their games can easily sale 10 million copies.

Unless you or someone you know is going to America it's hard to find somewhere or can be quite expensive. Ever since Sony got Lik Sang shut down most places are to scared to sell Playstation games abroad.

Because Nintendo makes things at a profit. Sony loses money on it's systems. All that tech really should be sold maybe 400$ but they keep the price lower for people to buy. Nintendo is making smart business decisions.
It's worked, they always make profit on their systems while Sony/MS lose money.
Sony has more leeway as they are an electronics company first and can afford those risks a bit more. MS is a software company first and can afford the losses. As much money Nintendo has they are a games company first and can't afford those losses. They are not going to repeat the same mistakes Sega made.
If they did it sony's way they would be the next Sega.

^ To add to this, you also have to think that Nintendo basically only deals in gaming, where MS and Sony have their hand in multiple different electronics/technological mediums, thus they have more complicated decision making when it comes to their business moves.

Then Nintendo should do the same as SEGA and develop games for Sony and Microsoft since they can't keep up with the latest technology. They keep giving us outdated stuff. I regret buying a 3DS. They could have done a better job when desigining the 3DS. Why not give us better resolution, bigger screen instead of the 3D gimmick. I don't even use it in my games is disturbing. Right now smartphones are more advanced than the 3DS. Some developers are saying they will be comparable to console in specs by next year making the 3DS so outdated.
