Maybe it was narrated it as "reaping your soul" and someone misheard? Doubt it though.

I saw a well sculpted Sonic figurine on Amazon, but it wasn't worth $50 + tax to me. So I checked Ebay and... Nothing but cheap fakes. I should have figured. I guess I'll just wait for the amazon one to fall in my price range as the going rate seems to fluctuate day to day. But I'd sooner pass on one altogether than buy one of those pieces of junk.

I can't believe this guy has fleeced 140 people on this thing. Ignoring the fact that it's being sold in China, even his pictures are conflicting.

And the fake. The lines by his quill should make it obvious it's a piece of crap knock off.
And people even give him positive feedback for "quality" merch. 
I think China does much to demolish incentive to innovate in the world due to how they so blatantly rip off peoples ideas and disregard intellectual property, making a cheap knock off of everything and selling for less. (This is obviously a much bigger deal with technology than some figurine, but it's a testament to chronic behavior) But when people are this complicit and this stupid with their money, I can almost understand why they do it. They get away with it.

^ Its like night and day with the comparison to quality. The China knockoff dosen't look terrible, but its looks neither good if that make sense. The original looks fantastic!

This is a really weird observation, but the disc for Deception III is just about the most striking disc I've seen for a PS1 game. It looks a lot better "in person" so to speak (the purple, turquoise, and orange really pop), but this gives you the gist. I love the "Sweet Dreams Little One" blurb at the bottom. It's just creepy enough.
Just a nice piece of design work.

I was thinking of getting the HD remasters of FFX as I've never played it and always wanted too, but looking at this comparison, I think not! It may not bother some, but what have they done to the character's faces!

If anything, they've made the character's look a little less-ugly. But it's not a big enough alteration to change anything, really. Tidus no longer has bags under his eyes and his chin is a little rounder... I don't know why anyone would be disappointed by that myself.
If you've always wanted to play the games, I don't see why some slight cosmetic changes should keep you from it. The games look great either way, and getting some of these environments in HD... 'tis a beautiful thing.

Seeing screen shot comparisons before the game released I was not a fan of the changes, but you can blame nostalgia for that. After playing XHD though and seeing it in motion I think the changes were for the better. The game looks stunning, except a few cropped backdrops at certain parts like mentioned in that article. But it doesn't take away from anything.

It's not just a nostalgia thing, as I've never played it and I think Tidus's face looks much in better in this ps2 version. It has more character and is more expressive. In the HD version he looks like just another generic computer generated dullard.
I know it's not a big deal for most, but this is the kind of thing that really annoys me with these HD re-releases. I actually care more about that kind of artwork than I do for things like resolution and frame rate, on the whole.

I just spent the last hour and a half marking and extracting every enemy in the Ground Zeroes mission. The map feels a heck of a lot smaller when you can sprint from one end to the other without worrying about being seen. Worst thing is though... I extracted every enemy by helicopter... but as soon as I rescued
the guards had a "shift change" and the base was immediately crawling with enemy soldiers. Laaaaaaaaaame haha whatever.
