Tough one. Looked up games Musashi was in and plenty fit the bill but all those I saw either had a different hud or had all the games come out. So at a real loss.

I always think "It can't be as bad as everyone says" then playing a bit and realizing its pretty bad and could've been good.

Well what is it. I have nothing to go on to try and look just that it's hated but that can describe any game varied from person to person.

I actually kind of enjoy it. I recognize that it's not particularly good, of course, but I still find it fun every now and then.
My biggest problem with it is that the visual style just doesn't entirely jibe with the game it's spun off from. Some cases where it just feels like an entirely different universe.

Try to think of all the series out there with many, many entries in them. Then narrow down the ones where people seem to hate on a pretty surprising number of those entries.

Dirge of Cerberus. Thats Vincent as a Turk.

It could have been better, its like one of the first Square-Enix games where you could see they were starting to lose execution. Theres just so much about the game that wasn't thought through and its sad because it could be a really great game if they'd just put more effort into it or held off on releasing it till online play was a standard.
