Really crappy strategy game based off an anime. I absolutely loved it.

Time Stalkers.

Not a hard one.
Hint: Supercool robot ninja game for the SNES. Also one of the most expensive games on the system right now (which I was luckily able to buy for cheap a few years ago :king:

), sometimes going for 250-400 bucks just for the cartridge.
