I don't know why but the Wii U Pro controller gave me a Megadrive vibe in a way the first time I saw it. And 360 of course. I'm still not sure about that tablet. It looks really weird when I saw their commercials. Most likely it is ergonomic but it just looks odd when people hold it playing a game.

Im a little worried. One the pad tablet looks too big and 2 now that it has the pro pad it could mean most 3rd party devs simply port their 360/ps3 games over and make 0 to little use of the tablet leaving it up to Nintendo to make the best of it pretty much like they had to with the Wii.

Nintendo Japan has posted on Twitter that there's a price to pay if two Gamepads are active. Frame rates drop to about 30 fps if two are active; any games that really want that extra controller won't be quite as glass-smooth. On the upside, it's possible to switch one off with a smooth transition; there won't be a need for theatrics just to switch to a solo game.

Fine with me I never really can notice the difference between 30 or 60 even when games I have some slow down. Rarely bothers me.
Xenoblade sadly and The last Story had lot's of that but never hurt the gameplay

2.5hrs to charge the tablet for 3-5 hours use

Hopefully it comes with a long cable for those that like to play a long time.

No idea on the pro, would assume so.

Of course the tablet has a non-removable battery.

You will be able to transfer any game downloads or save information from your Wii to your Wii U, Nintendo has confirmed at an E3 roundtable event.

It confirmed that it is preparing the technology to make such transfers possible, though didn't confirm whether it will be ready from launch day.

Similar DS-to-3DS functionality was added to Nintendo's handheld in the months following its launch earlier this year.

Also be able to use USB external Hard drives. Of course will support SD cards as well. I don't expect the internal storage to be much. 3DS has 1.5 GB Wii had 512 megs.

Hands on the Pro controller. Verdict is it feels good.No surprise feels like a 360 pad. Video in the link. IMO 360 has the best controller this gen CCP is right behind it
