Damn you Steam sale.

I keep wanting to buy new games because of the low prices, but there are still a dozen games in my Steam library that I haven't even touched.

A sign of the sad state of gaming at the moment or at least FPS. One reason why publishers turned down Timesplitters 4[the other being Haze]

'I don't know how to sell this.' The unanimous opinion among all publishers that we pitched TimeSplitters 4 is that you can't market a game that is based around a diverse set of characters and environments

So because its different to every other FPS we don't know how to market it.

Maybe they should have gone to Valve with it then but not many publisher are taking risks now days and most FPS are a COD clone now.

Played the RE6 demo.

Don't know what to make of it. It plays differently, that's for sure. I don't really like how closed in the camera is on my character and it's too dark to see. Hard to get used to the new controls too. I know I didn't like RE5 but that's cause the story wasn't very good. Here, I don't know where they're gonna go with it.

Don't think i'm gonna rent it for now until I play the co-op with my friend.

Many things become popular and stick around for a while. Some should never be popular. Some should have never gone out of style(JRPG's). Platformers were mainly the 90's and many bad ones. Not saying the FPS should not be popular but military FPS should not. Just await when people get bored of them.

Want a new Turok and don't mean the boring remake that had more focus on realism and military. More in style of the first 2. Sci fi ish with a native american kicking all kinds of ass of dinos,cyborg dinos and alien dinos.

Played the RE6 demo.

They released a patch for the game that moved the camera back from the character about 2 weeks after the game was released.
