cant wait to get it! im waiting for the Xbox version, this might seem like a dumb question:
is shadow in it?

Yeah Shadow is in it. I am getting the XBOX version as well. XBOX feels like the second closest home next to Dreamcast. I played the demo and liked it.

I'd get it on the xbox as I have a dolby digital receiver. But, I can't wait. So I got the Gamecube version.

Even though I bought sonic both for the DC and the GCN I prefer the DC versions.

The gamecube versions were better in the sense they had better graphics and other improvements it's just that it feels wrong to play sonic on a system other than a Sega system.

Just as wrong as playing Mario on a Sega sytem.

Also I like the dreamcast controller better for most ported sega games anyway.

Yeah I don't like the Gamecube controlers very much. The DC is my favorite controller ever.

i just got the gamecube version earlier today. so far the best 3d sonic game. a huge step backwards in the right direction

Im glad to see that some people still have hope for the dinosaurs(and no im not refering to Atari as i would be if this was still the Saturn/N64 generation)Sonic was always better than Mario thats a no brainer but id like to see Nintendo and Sega produce a good Mario or Sonic game,last decent Sonic game was Sonic Adventure 1 for Dreamcast...and that was only decent...last good Sonic game was Sonic 3(no Sonic & F*ckles doesnt count,although id like to get my hands on Knuckles Chaotix),and last decent Mario game was Super Mario 64...so whats the problem here?maybe they could take they're two main characters and combine them in one kickass story,im sure it could work..better to try that than to keep making one garbage title after another.

Anyone else notice how Sonic died with Sega?He was already on his last leg for Sonic Adventure 1...anyway its just a matter of time before we see Sonic and friends in the next Mario Kart.
