Next news post will have this thread locked. That was the deal. This is not my decision, it was the communities. I'm only enforcing what we all voted for.

I love this thread and would rather not lock it, especially for those of you who use it correctly. With that...

Easily put, sans the drama, they're a different company. Plain and simple. Nothing that I love has been retained, outside of a few names. Re-releases withstanding obviously.

Really loved Tatsunoko vs Capcom,Zak n Wiki,Okamiden,DMC4,Asura's Wrath(thos the last one is Cyberconnect2 which I love but hate how Capcom made the ending DLC)

6 games for an entire gen is pretty low and 5 if you don't count published. Used to be each gen had dozens of Capcom games we loved. You could fill your personal library with just great Capcom games. I honestly think if in early 90's if Capcom released it's own console. It's first party software would keep it afloat. Shame. At least they are going back to in house. Step in the right direction but still a long way to go.

Lets just face it, some people are just too lazy to make a new thread, I personally dont think all news is really thread worthy, and some of the smaller stuff could find its way to this thread and thats perfectly ok (do we really need another full blown topic about how capcom rapes us all analy with on disc DLC?) etc. Some of the news isnt really worth a topics worth of discussion anyway. No one likes to create a topic and watch their thread die either. im just making a general observation.

Even better when characters are locked on the disc and made exclusive for another console version. Yeah that wont piss anyone off will it Capcom?

Nah this is worse because people don't get they're being played. People hate those things and shit on them, but nobody points out the really bad shit in TR.
