well time to try out okami, I'm pretty hyped about this one

Controls on Okami take getting used to. Some people hate them and others like me don't mind them after you get used to them. They can be finicky at first.

luckily I'm at the stage where everything feels awkward and finicky  so I'm sure I won't take it too bad, though most people I saw complaining about it had played the PS2 version previously and kept on comparing the 2

And I bought AC3 from a private seller on Amazon whos username was SpokaneWa, eight 5 star ratings, glad to give someone local the business and it will get here quick. Plus it was a fair price at $45 new.

A pity, I saw it on PS3/360 for $10 shipped from Newegg but neglected to post it.

Edit: It would appear you're in luck. The sale is still going. :)

I cracked, spent the money I was going to use to buy Paper mario sticker star on Gabriel, knight1-3, the humble indie bundle 7, phantasmagoria 1-2, outcast and a few other things.

Nice surprise. I bought Dishonored used like new and it is new! Not only is it in pretty easy to tell original wrapping but it also has a bar code sticker on it that says "new". Wonder if the sellers warehouse messed up. :)

Picked up a Neo Geo X Gold Limited edition. The packaging and presentation look nice but the execution sucks. First of all the games dont upscale well on hdmi. I havn't tried the a/v cables over CRT but the guys on the neo geo forums are complaining that its not too great. The handheld looks sleek and sturdy, but overall quality control is bad. One of the top buttons on the handheld R2 doesn't "click" or recognize unless pressed at a certain angle. The other thing I noticed (and I don't know if this is a flaw or normal) is that the knob of the arcade stick travels more than the "first click" if you direct it left or down usually if pushed in with more effort. I have buyers remorse. I'm going to gamestop to get a refund (doubt it would happen), but at the very least get an exchange 1:1 for another unit because of the button on the handheld.

This will probably sit in my closet and collect dust and increase in value after 10 years.
