Great Videogame Music

Old topic, I know.

Was just looking around at random videogame stuff and stumbled across the remake of the gameboy title Saga 2 for the DS (it was redubbed Final Fantasy Legend 2 when it was released on the gameboy in the US).

I went to the DS version's official site and was greeted by what has to be one of the most immediately appealing theme songs, videogame or otherwise, that I've ever heard. Seriously.

I don't know if this remake is ever going to be released in the US, but I want it like crazy now. I'm definitely going to import the soundtrack from PlayAsia, at the very least. I love the song that much.
And I already have plans to snatch up a copy of the original gameboy game when I get the chance. If by chance the remake never makes it here, at least I can play the original (though I hear it's unforgivingly difficult).

Never played the games and only saw maybe 1 or 2 eps of the anime so forgive if this is not from the game but it's so awesome could not resist.

Just spent almost an hour browsing through this topic again, just listening to almost everything as I went, and I was really surprised that I hadn't posted this already. Especially weird since I actually own the single it comes on (imported it about a year ago).

Might not have been the greatest game in the world, but my favorite part in it was definitely the point where Vincent is ascending to the final boss, and the instrumental version of this song is playing. The music made it much cooler.

And this next one is on the same single, though I'm not sure if it's actually in the game...
I'll include it anyway, though, since it was no doubt commissioned by Square the same as Redemption was. Good song.

^^WOW.

I've been trying not to criticize anyone's posts in this topic, but man, that song is awful. Truly horrible. Those are some of the worst lyrics I've ever heard in a professional song before.

Yeah, the Tales games (in my experience, at least) are always awesome.
I haven't played Versperia yet, but to me Abyss is pretty much the pinnacle of the series. No doubt Graces will be excellent (despite being a Wii title

). One of the only reasons I want a Wii, actually, is to play Symphonia 2.

Always played this game with my brother would play it about once a month and is one of my favrouite's ever. May not be that great anymore so I don't play it just to keep the good memories.
