PushSquare reported a quote from Sega saying only Japanese voices will be included, and the quote from the Studio Director was only out of confusion between the different Yakuza games.

I'm rather impartial to the voice acting, since I already own and have beaten the import version of the game (thanks to a useful and hefty guide by ThePatrick from GameFaqs). While the plot was epic and it would certainly be nice to be able to know word-for-word what's going on, I'm not willing to pay for a completely new game just to have it in English, dub or subbed regardless.

I've still yet to finish the first two games. I got them both on my PS2. Yakuza 2 is still in the shrink-wrapping. I'll get this game if I ever bother to finish the first two. Just got a bit bored going from one fight to another.

I'm still not convinced it's good enough to buy a PS3. I don't really want another PS3. I told myself I wouldn't replace anymore broken consoles. Plus I haven't even played the first two Yakuza games.

Wow...
I just got on the Playstation Store to download the demo of Dark Void, and was surprised to see that they actually put up a teaser trailer for Yakuza 3.
Not a huge deal, but it almost seems like they're actually going to market this one correctly.
I am surprised.
