Exactly the kind of madness I love.
Nice to hear a bit of translation. This has jumped pretty high on my list of "most anticipated games" now.

The hand drawn parts made me think of Hotel Dusk.

The TGS trailer makes this look even more messed up. Love it!

:D
Still looks great. Can't wait to actually see gameplay. That might be the deal-breaker.

They coulda cut costs for this game releasing it on the Wii using only one motion control (coz let's face it, whoever plays this will be doing it with or without a Wiimote...)

For some reason, hearing the description of what the gameplay is like sort of reminds me of some of the more "arcade-style" games on the PS1. Interesting.
And I like that the general theme of the game seems to be focused on marriage, and men's usually slanted views of women. Just makes it seem even more adult, in the most mature way possible. Really, really looking forward to this.

Haven't tried it myself, but most people that have already finished the demo praise how smooth it plays, how nicely the puzzles are integrated, how challenging the gameplay is while stating that the overall atmosphere is pretty eery.

Sounds great to me.

Have to do a system update first. (yawn)

Oh man... I frickin love this game. I'm actually surprised by how much I love it. The presentation is all fantastic, very stylish and interesting, but all obviously in a totally insane kind of way. Seems like something any Suda fan would like, so I'm looking at you, Henry and Ryudo.
When it got to the gameplay, I was initially a bit disappointed... I had no idea how the game was going to play, and when it turned out to be essentially just a very simple puzzle game, my hopes started to drop... but they jumped back up again as I started to make progress. It pretty much controls like an old, obscure PS1 puzzler; all movement is controlled with the D-pad rather than the analog stick, and it's all pretty much block-based (press in a direction and the character automatically moves to the next block). The goal in each stage is to manipulate the blocks and reach the top of the puzzle. The first stage was just an introduction, so there was no danger in taking your time with it, but the second stage was where it got really fun; as you're climbing the puzzle, there are two giant, grisly-looking hands holding a fork chasing you upward, and you have to rush to the top before they get you, otherwise you get stabbed with the giant fork and explode in a bloody mess. Very fun, and it actually had my heart rushing as I tried over and over again (died a few times, so that added a bit to the rush of it).
Despite its simplicity, it's incredibly fun, and pretty intense. I can only see it getting even better from there.
And that's all just inside the main character's dreams. Outside of that it seems like the majority of the game will focus on storytelling, with cutscenes aplenty. Couldn't understand what the hell was going on because of the language barrier, but it all seemed really well-directed and cool.
There was also a bit of text-messaging that you take part in, though I might not have fully understood it. Each text I sent seemed to affect some sort of meter which had a baby angel on one side and a baby devil on the other, with a needle swaying one way or the other with each text. Didn't really get what was going on at those parts.

Either way, I really, really hope Atlus USA have the good sense to localize this one. I love it already, and I just wanted more after playing the demo.
I would record some footage of it, but I'm sure you'll be able to find some online within the day. Probably much more fun to play than to watch, though.

Not a fan of puzzle games but I need to know more about it.
Looks odd enough. Still unsure about the sex stuff but maybe this will be an exception it works for the game
