Yep, that's in there. I love Crisis Zone. Actually got to play the arcade version years ago. I remember seeing it and freaking out that it was Time Crisis with a machinegun. So fun.

Walked past an arcade last Friday and actually got thinking about old arcade games and the main one I remember was Time Crisis 2. So to see you do a video about it feels like someone is trying to give me a sign to go back and play them or something.

My fav Crisis title and one of the few arcade games I really, REALLY dominate.
It's an easy ride, to be sure, but I played the crap out of it on my local arcade in my teens and up to this day I have every enemy appearance memorized and can do a perfect run without breaking a sweat.
The flow and boss battles are a blast.

Kind of wish I could go back and "remaster" that video, so to speak. I think it's still one I'm proudest of, but I spot the flaws all over and wish I could do something for it. I'll have to get an external hard drive for my 360 one of these days, so I can record "HD" Phantom Dust footage. I'd be fun to at least re-create the intro.

Nah, nothing big. There's some imagery from late-in-the-game cutscenes and whatnot, but none of it makes any sense without context. Should be fine for you to watch it.
Just keep in mind, it feels like forever ago that I made the video, and it really, really isn't of the same quality of my newer ones.

I might not be the best kind of channel for it, honestly. My videos are always just based on my moods and whims (which is why it's rare to hear me criticize a game too harshly in them; I wait until I really feel like covering a game I love, and go from there). In light of that, it could be a long time before I even get around to it. Or if I force myself, I might not be in the right kind of groove, and might not cover it properly.
I want to play it, I just don't want to do it any kind of injustice.

I finally watched all of your Time Crisis videos. I agree with pretty much all of your points with regards to the series. 2 is the most nostalgic for me too, played it all of the time in the arcade until I absolutely mastered the game from top to bottom without losing a single life. 3 is overall the best game in the series and 4 is the most disappointing game in the series. Played Crisis Zone a hell of a lot in the arcades, so I've never played the PS2 release which looks really cool and is encouraging for me to pick it up. Only ever played Razing Storm once in an arcade and thought it was okay, but didn't leave much of an impression. And Project Titan is an overlooked gem [though, arguably it is the hardest game in the series for me]. And I agree that the series is the best that the lightgun genre has to offer.

Any chance you might cover any other lightgun games in the future? There's all sorts of cool obscurities in the genre, isn't there?
