170+ Hours clocked in Xenoblade now, I am finishing up the last few quests still and trying to level up so I dont miss every time I swing at level 95+ monsters, I just hit level 85. The Monado replica quests are going to be more challenging than I had originally thought, many high powered monsters to face. also I have to kill the level 99 dragon at the farm to complete Colony 6. Anyone know what the level cap is in the game?

For you or for the monsters? It's 99 for you. A little bit over 99 for the monsters (up to 125 IIRC).

Ryudo, did you notice that Pandora's Tower has something wrong with the filtering? When you're in the towers, the image becomes divided vertically in the middle into two levels of brightness. It's seems minor at first, but it's actually very annoying. I've watched various YT videos for PT and the same thing happens so it must be the game itself. It distracts me from enjoying the wonderful visuals. ](*,)

I was trying to find some info about it, but there was nothing. Funnily enough, I've found a post about TLS having a very similar issue! I'm guessing it has something to do with programming tricks made especially for the Wii hardware. I guess they thought people won't notice it.

The Last Story pushes the wii really hard. So it has slow down and sometimes pop up. It's pretty solid but Mistwalker pushed the system maybe further than they should

I know, but I still think PT looks far better.

PT is actually one of my favourite games this gen. It has so much style and features so strong spiritual qualities that it reminds me of SotC, from which it obviously took some ideas (but in a good, creative way).

To me it was the closest thing this gen of a true Japanese styled Castlevania

I'd say it was the only thing this gen close to a true Metroidvania (on the home consoles), but PT is obviously trying to be like a Metroidvania game. Ganbarion knows what's good - PT is a mix of Metroidvania, Zelda, ICO, SotC, Vagrant Story and those fucked up RPGs from Cavia.

I am level 92 in Xenoblade, there is some 10 or less quests left for me to do in the whole game, I knocked out the remaining bulk of them today, even got to go back and do some of the ones from WAY early in the game I missed that apparently werent timed. Today was a pretty epic run in alcamoth, there were a few quests where i had to kill a long list of monsters there, I fought battles for about 2 hours straight to get them all done, I took on like 6 at once at one point and came out victorious, was awesome.

had another amazing battle session today, I took out all the monsters posted in the heavenly window area of Tephra Cave in one fell swoop, and I didnt even mean to, that also included 2 high level Unique Monsters a couple of them were for quests too, it has been among the most entertaining multi-enemy battles I have had the whole game, I'm level 95 now, kickin ass and taking names. 8)

This is pretty sick, CD Projekt Red is providing a free toolkit for players to form their own environments and quests for The Witcher 2

Its not just the internet, like I'll post here maybe once in a while, but I don't really go much to meetups.
