The disc itself is heavy I opened AC3 and it was just a really heavy disc for some reason. I know the discs themselves are massive like Tekken is somthing like 17gbs

Ah ok yeah they are blu ray based and hold 25GB per layer. NIntendo might have used a different method. I just hope the extra wieght does not mean the drive will go out faster.

its 22mb/sec, (360 is about 17 and ps3 if I'm not mistaken is less then 10) I though the 25gb was also per layer. Ah well I guess once i have the console at home in a few days I'll go over it. right now I'm most excite to set up my nintendo account.
