Seems pretty cool, had no idea what it was until now. Level 5 and Suda51 cant be bad combination. Shame its just a eshop download though... BUT its only 7.99. The graphics seem... lackluster for the 3DS though, seems like it should be a regular DS game graphically. The anime cut scenes look nice though.

Can anyone picture Romney or Obama suiting up in a kick as mech/plane to personally liberate a conquered America from it's occupiers with extreme mecha prejudice? And of course would need to have the obligatory cockpit butt shot camera angle.

And that Suda game looks extremely cool. I'm not particularly bitter about Suda not doing his classic "surrealist" games anymore (though I would like to see another someday). The thing that's actually pained me with games like Shadows of the Damned or Lollypop Chainsaw is the fact that they sidestep his artistic route but still don't have anything that resembles original, interesting gameplay. They're just... cash-ins.
This, however, looks excellent. Something certainly different from the majority of action games out at the moment. Looks like it has some interesting mechanics to it, and the aesthetics are, surprisingly, pretty good (usually not a big fan of "modern" anime, but this ain't bad).
And I'm always up for some good old fashioned giant robot mayhem. I love giant robot mayhem. Can never get enough of it.

I wouldnt say its funny that this is happening, with people losing their jobs and all, but its certainly not surprising. G4 has been shit for years anyway.

Thought I might go with a black Vita, but after seeing how sexy this looks, I may have just changed my mind. Plus I can always just take the sealed copy of assassins creed 3 and return it at walmart and get something i actually want.

Not sure what color 3DS I would get. This isnt the forum to be asking someone to talk me out of buying gaming merch. Just been feeling so shit lately, I feel like I need something that will make me happy. I guess this crap probably isnt really gonna fix that though...

I say go with the 3DS. Vita needs more time in the cooker until it gets better buttons. As for G4, I feel bad for Morgan, in addition to the film crew. The rest of them can go fuck themselves. ATOT was a poor mans screensavers at best.
