It was mentioned that people might not react well to Cannibalism, so instead of eating their enemies Atabians(a race I based off my own Carib ancestors) take an item from their enemy (ie armor, weapons, scrap of uniform)

The other was that a male character makes a few sexual attempts at a male priest.

I rewrote it into a rape scene that changes the priest's perception

We don't have to see the rape do we? Please say no

Use all of it. Especially the cannibalism bit. Cannibalism in games is something that defo needs to happen.

Who originally said that?

I remember Frankie Boyle saying it on live at the apollo but not sure if he's the first

No, the reason the player knows it happens is...complicated, but he knows it happens without actually being near the event.

Most people are absolutely sickened by the idea. Cannibalism is kind of a tough sell to people who don't understand it.

That's stupid. It happens all the time in zombie games, minus the rotten flesh.

Because it's a zombie and not human anymore and expected of them and Zombies don't exist to people so not seen as real. If a person does the act it's seen as the reason some kid killed people in a movie theater or just distasteful or just plain and simple not appealing to most players. Some may like it most are likely not to. Dumb reasons or not that's just how it is and if trying to get a game out from a total unknown it's best not to put people off as much as you can while still creating what you want.

that basically sums up why I think people won't be on-board. I felt it was important enough to keep in as a concept, and "Agnostic rapist" doesn't get much worse when it becomes "Agnostic Cannibal Rapist" but if i were showing the race in a more modern setting I'll likely make the change (because that more or less the conceptual change that happened in real life)

In what is surely one of the funniest news items I'll hear in a long time, the Writers Guild of America selected a number of nominees for best video game writing of 2012. The Walking Dead wasn't one of them. But 007 Legends was.

Am I alone in thinking the Vita D pad is one of the best in years? Sony finally changed it and it sorta reminds me of the Genesis dpad.

I hear the rumors of Sony copying Wii U with a screen. That's fine and all but love to see the Vita d pad on the new PS4 controller just bigger.

I just fought myself using Lyoto Machida in UFC Undisputed(modelled after me and maxed out). I never at this point lose to the CPU, but in an amazing and brutal battle, I knocked me out in the 2nd round! I mean he knocked Lyoto out. I mean me beat up I. I got beat by myself as someone else.........smh

No, the Mega Drive's D-Pad was awful. The DualShock is probably the best in existence.

Was ok but nothing special.

360 pad with the dual shock D pad would be the best pad ever.

No bad, bad boys. Dualshock doesn't have true diagonals. Because its disconnected it can't give an accurate reading. Play a fighting game and go into input mode, if you hold it up-left the input flickers between up, up-left and left.
