Awesome news. Will be getting 360 and Vita.

I hope a vita purchase counts for both, it did for sound shapes. Plus having to buy the exact same thing digitally is proper bullshit. Considering the fact that its almost a month off that seems likely though.

Will it work on Steam for mac?

Steam is listed as one of the platforms for release you'd have to do some looking into if it'll support "steamplay for mac"

If I get a free PS3 version out of it I'd be happy, if not no harm no foul. On the go and at home plus supporting an awesome game twice is good enough for me.

Guess i should come clean here with an embarassing confession. Despite owning the game for the DC, i have never played it. But yet it ranks on my top favourite Dreamcast games because it features on DreamOn demo 15, which is the disc the most amazing demo for Shenmue is on, and of course, the first time i ever saw footage of the game on video.

The vita version has added touch screen features so it will be released as a different download than the ps3 version making it 2 different purchases, sorry guys

I'm going to support the shit out of this game, I would really love if they picked up the franchise again and this time weren't so lazy on the multiplayer, with it's fun arcade style I can really see JSR as a great multiplayer experience, I remember putting at least a hundred hours in JSRF, the only other game I did that was shenmue 2
