They are pretty damn rare. Esp boxed. 900$ I don't know. I don't agree or disagree as I honestly don't know. Yama has one of those Biohazard DC's

The guy obviously really means what he priced it as, he has had 16 declined/expired offers so that means there is not much in the way of bargaining with him.

My opinion is that it is valuable, but not that valuable. Ebayers tend to have a bloated sense for how much their gaming swag is worth. (I see half a dozen PDS saturn games on Ebay all the time with opening bids/buyouts for $250+ at a time that never go anywhere). Just because people start a listing of an item at a very high price point all the time does not mean that that is what the item is worth if it never sells at that rate. If you want the best price I would suggest you wait. Preferably for a seller that starts the bidding low and allows bidders to bring it up to market value. Then you will have an idea if it's market value is in your budget or not.

Over time I'm sure it'll be worth more and more, it used to be attainable for roughly $375-$425 five years prior to purchasing. But yeah, that's a bit much. Nearly double in value over the span of a couple of years.

There was however a BIOHAZARD S.T.A.R.S. Dreamcast that sold for close to $3,000.00 if not more. There were only 200 or so made and most were given to staff. Even more rare than the Claire Dreamcast.

I was listening to a guy talk at a local game store recently to the clerk, he said he has an Atari 2600 in its original box and its never been opened along with some games. I wonder how much that is worth.

I love Code Veronica. I didnt even care about that red console, as soon as I saw the Code Veronica VMU and game I fell in love. Now I'm gonna have to play this game. The question is..Do I play it on the dreamcast? or do I play Code Veronica X with the extra content on the PS2? :-k

Neither. You play Biohazard CODE: Veronica Complete on the Dreamcast. The absolute best experience.

Or I'd accept the HD port that was recently released, if you can't manage to obtain Complete.

But I dont speak much Japanese..IDK if I can handle that first graveyard scene in HD. I originally played it on my dreamcast on a 32 inch tv with low brightness when I was 13...To say the least I have nightmares of trying to escape that graveyard..

Equip knife. Aim at the legs. Nightmares erased by the most broken weapon in Biohazard history.

I really like the Biohazard Dreamcast and I've considered buying one many times but for that asking price I would expect the box to be in much better condition.

Back in the day I couldn't afford the official one so I used a cheap case swap on my Dreamcast.

Seconded.

You can use the knife for most of the game if I remember correctly.
