I myself am not even interested in Wii U right now. Who knows maybe I will be interested in this DLC when I get this game but I am not even really interested in Yakuza Dead Souls too much so I doubt it. I got Undead Nightmare but the disc was defective and the game I got with the refund money was Jak and Daxter HD so I wasn't even interested in that enough to get it again right away.

Zombies to me are the most overused thing in gaming now, more so than FPS war shooters even.

But again in some cases like this and RDR its not in the main game its just DLC so if you don't want them you don't have them and this is not just zombies and of course with Halloween coming some devs are going to make use of it.
And more used than FPS war games? Can't agree with that.

Second most used at least. It just feels like they are not trying when it comes to zombies. Thats the best ideas they had and its the most unoriginal one they could gave picked. Its lazy to me.

Even Asian zombies have been done before his gen.

I'd still recommend Yakuza: Dead Souls. It's about zombies, sure, but it's hardly run-of-the-mill. The main draw is the story, characters, and presentation of it all, so if you like the main Yakuza games, then it may as well be a must-play.

Dead Souls is more of a tribute to past games. Even has the licker from RE.

Red Dead,CoD and all these others were banking on the idea of House of the Dead Overkill. Ater that game while not a big success R* wanted to tribute the idea then Cod ripped off the marketing of HoD:O and games since just throw in zombies. I know Dead Rising was the first this gen for Zombie but like I said R* wanted a tribute to HoD. So Cod and Sleeping dogs just tacking it on.

It's just a matter of how much effort they choose to put into it. The CoD stuff is tacked-on, no doubt, but Undead Nightmare was actually pretty cool, as is Dead souls.

Basically he said they had Copies of HoD:O and the team wanted to make a tribute to that.
