How is it? Thinking of getting one soon, especially after the PSOne Classics that are (slowly) coming out. Tear Away looks good and being able to play a lot of the PSP games I missed seems cool.

I don't have one but I have used one and I wouldn't recommend it. I do think it has great potential, but let them release a newer version of the hardware itself before you jump on board. It's definitely in a pilot stage, and as it makes more money, Sony will probably release a smaller, more efficient model that's faster and has better features.

Yeah, well I have no console or I don't play PC games. I'd like something more portable. I've played around with a demo at some store. I really liked it. I'll probably be getting it closer to the holidays, so I'm sure a bunch of new games will be announced for 2013. I think I might go for it. Even though Sony partially killed the Dreamcast, I like them now. They're the underdog in this generation and I like to root for the underdog.

I definitely suggest if you do go for it, wait until the holiday season when they offer up bundles and discounts. Maybe cyber monday, even. It's something to think about, but what I want to do is wait until they release Final Fantasy X for it, because I am sure they will offer some cool bundle with it.

Yeah, I love it to death. Powerful little handheld system, and with dual analog sticks to boot.
Only problem at the moment is that there aren't many game for it yet. PSP had the same problem for a while though, and now it has a wealth of great titles, so it might just take a while before the Vita really ramps up and gains a respectable library.

Regardless of that though, it does have one of my favorite games of the past year in the form of Gravity Rush.

Only game I have on it is Uncharted. I plan to get Gravity Rush sooner or later. Other then that the only other game I have interest in that is announced is Persona 4 but I only beat that on the PS2 about 2 years ago. For a 80 hour RPG I need longer then 2 years before I can play it again.

Vita is great. Beautiful and impressive system.
Gravity Rush, Uncharted, Hot Shots Golf and Persona 4 Golden are all great reasons to get it, atleast thats what I got it for and love it. My wife plays Lumines and Katamari on it and loves those too.

Only problem is that you have to download them.
There are a lot of my PSP games that I'd like to see on the Vita's screen, but I'm not going to re-buy them all in digital form for it. I wish there were some way of transfering the game data off of a PSP UMD to the Vita...

a softmod will come out soon enough, nothing wrong about taking full advantage of the system if you have payed for all the games
