Really Enjoying the first.Still can't help this is a DMC game with a re skinned main character. But I think the Wii U may just be justified on buying for 2 exclusives now for me. Rayman Legends & Bayonetta 2

It's undoubtedly DMC in nature, and to come from Hideki Kamiya it should be expected, but to say re skinned makes it sound lazy, like a near carbon copy of a previous DMC game. Bayonetta does more than enough to make it a better, deeper game than the DMC games IMO. Which, let me be clear, I loved all of them, Bayonetta's just a better game.

Gameplay wise I have to agree. Character wise I disaree.

I think Dante is a more likable character.

My friend had it (on PS3). He took it back a couple days after. OK game, but nothing that caught my fancy. The way the chick walks annoys the shit out of me. I wonder if it'll look a generation better? No excuse with exclusives.

She is annoying but you said he played it on PS3 and that would be a reason in itself as it suffered from a lot of technical issues.

Beat it. The game is fucking awesome. She became more likeable in the end but IMO still no Dante. However to hell with DmC. This is now become a series and will have to be my DMC replacement in terms of new games. I have to agree gameplay wise it's an evolution of DMC and one of the best action games I ever played

Glad to hear you liked it. People either like her character design or don't, but I don't sit well with people's arguments that her proportions were a mistake by the designers. They're not, they're deliberate. They have to be that long if she wants to kick that far. Besides, this is in the same game where a witch summons dragons from her hair to kill angels, so I guess that aspect never really bothered me...I dunno, I just think if you're playing Bayonetta hoping to get turned on or something, then you're looking in the wrong place.

She will always look like stretched taffy to me. Just The gameplay is so fucking amazing I overlook it. The game has just as much style as DMC series. Aside from the two witches it has some great character design in the enemies.

Well shes back on XBox 360 and PS3 in a sense...

Sega has announced the Anarchy Reigns Day One Edition, which includes Bayonetta as a playable character.

Bayonetta is the stiletto-wearing witch from Platinum Games' brilliant 2010 action game, also published by Sega.

The Day One Edition also includes two multiplayer modes, Mad Survival and Dogfight. Mad Survival sees a team of three players fight waves of enemies who are other playable characters from the game. In Dogfight you hang from a helicopter and shoot other players who also hang from helicopters. Really.

As for Bayonetta, she uses her guns, called Scarborough Fair and her Wicked Weave attacks fans of her game will be familiar with.

Anarchy Reigns is taking an eternity to reach the West.
Not that I can play it at the moment or anything, but still can't wait for it.
Bayo as a playable character was no secret, if was revealed long ago.
That Day One Edition deal though... :/
