PSN request

I have a request to make. If there are still any game developers and producers here, some time ago I made a proposition of getting together to make either an original Shenmue-like game or a spin off continuation. As a musician, I offered to do the soundtrack. We discussed how it would be good to put on the PSN for download. I'm not sure how it all works, but I'd like to try that. I've noticed increasingly good titles as PSP mini downloads. The best of them occupying only 80 or 90 MB's. Since the limit is about 150MB for mini titles, I'd like to see how nice of a game we can churn out.

Although I only own a PS3, I think its much easier to get something on XBL.

I know, not just think.

Would this not impede on copyright issues?

If I recall Android is open platform and Wii U is the easiest to get on the consoles.

Thanks I will.

Yeah Ryudo, I just found out yesterday how tight of a squeeze it is to get qualified to get games on the psp minis list. I wish it would open up a bit. There are some ridiculously good indie developers out there that are doing good stuff. I also found out that the limit is actually 100MB which still isn't that bad though. We could do something for the Android market though which would be good too. And less limitations there. I've seen some sick games on there.

Sorry to bump this, but I just had some extra input after contacting some developers. Indie companies are very down to earth and approachable and not only are they not misers, but they also have more and more resources these days. I think now would be the time to collectively contact some of these Android or PSN developing companies about doing a project similar to Shenmue. They aren't callous like the titan companies and could crank out a pretty good project probably for free upon request. If they saw just 1 site full of fans, most of these companies would be interested. It would be good to talk with them now while they are still listening. These companies are still finding their way and have been listening to requests thus far. These periods where you can get good second rate stuff in droves for nothing don't last long historically.

Best of luck on this challenge, Joka.
It would be fantastic if it ended up happening.
