Not a perfect and foolproof solution but cropping and then flipping the image seems to work sometimes. You could do this in paint or in imgur itself and it doesn't take much time.

Only if they're poor sports.

A more effective way seems to be to change the perspective in a photo-editing program. Someone more competent than me could probably be able to manipulate the image back to its original perspective, but that seems more work than its worth.

I used GIMP, which is free, but it might be a bit excessive to download a photo-editing program for this sole purpose.

Yeah but aren't they being poor sports too if they're even using google in the first place?

You shouldn't have to photoshop them period.
