I just watched a video of it. That game definitely had influence on Divinity II (I never played first so idk about that one) you might want to check it out. It's more of an RPG but same basic play style. I might try to find a copy Drakan some day and give it a play.

Aw, cool. I had seen Divinity 2 at the store before, but always dismissed it as just another "me too" fantasy western RPG (there are a ton of those this gen, aren't there?), but it actually looks pretty cool. And yeah, the dragon stuff definitely looks very Drakan-ish. Of course, after Drakan came out, just about any game dealing with aerial dragon combat seems kind of similar. I guess they just kind of nailed it right from the start.
I was considering maybe doing an eventual video on Drakan and its PS2 sequel one day, and that would include mentioning the various games it possibly influenced, so thanks for the heads-up on another one. :)

^Got mine paid off and I'm going to wait and see what deals we have for games closer to launch. Everyone still seems to have the £40-50 price points at the moment. I'm going to have to decide what to get between Dead Rising 3, ACIV: Black Flag and Crimson Dragon. It's a good thing Watch Dogs was delayed as I'm meant to be getting a mortgage soon and there are to many games I want.

I keep forgetting FIFA comes free with the console as well.

DR3 and Ryse are my retail games and Ill most likely buy CD and KI off the market place as well. Going for the main KI pack to get the HD remake as well and of course my free copy of Fifa.

I bought Binary Domain off PSN for £8 in their Sci-Fi sale. I bought it day one when it released a year or so ago, I think enough time has passed where I'm hungry for the story again. Really underappreciated game. I'll post the trailer in hopes some of you guys will pick it up..

Still might need to finish Full Frontal Assault before starting Into the Nexus. Just waiting for that R&C craving to hit. It always comes back at some point.
And I'd traded AC3 a ways back when it was still worth a lot, knowing I could eventually buy it again for cheap. And since I'm working on something AC-related now, it was as good a time as any to re-buy it.

^Henry is a gent, always been the case.
Go play it right now, Mr Ryan! Good to see you supporting Team Nagoshi with that Binary Domain second purchase too.

Random note: Cool avatar, OL. What are you waiting for? You should have started your No Reservations twist already!, where you travel the world in search of the sexual flavours of different cultures. I mean... DUH!
