Random Gaming Thoughts (Read OP Before Posting)

Axm get Revelations and we'll play it together.

I got Revelations fool. It's in that epic black hole called my gaming library.
Question is do I want to play that now or wait until the console versions to go balls deep.
Or maybe I should finish 90% of the games in my drawer while "teach me how to dougie" is set to repeat until I finish.

Ah ya well thats been the plan so far. Considering it will probably be the best version.

Tonight I was testing out Rebirth via Dolphin on my XBR-3 via HDMI. Rendered that game at 1080p and output to full 1080p. Toyed with some advanced settings on a custom profile on the XBR-3 and nailed it. Game looks absolutely incredible.



It really does deserve a proper re-release with the pre-rendered BG's at a higher resolution among some other things, but until then this will suffice. Finally, Rebirth looking amazing NOT on a CRT.

I am going to GameStop today and see if I can pre-order the Xillia CE in the store still, it will be my last ditch effort. Mental note to self always pre-order Namcos CE sets IMMEDIATELY when you see them available (you think I would have learned that from last time). I am not even THAT big of a fan of Tales but I really like that statue, and this game I am oddly hyped for. I will post my results when I return later this afternoon.

It also had planned a MP3 player in the shape of the VMU. Had a TV with Dreamcast built in released in Japan. A Karaoke add add on in Japan and a Zip drive add on. Last it had a Camera released only in japan called the Dream Eye. You should see some of the prototypes for DC. Esp the one called the Bug and the DC with 6 controller inputs.

Looking into this new IP Soul Sacrifice coming out on Vita this month. It's MH/PSO like seemingly with more focus on combat. Looks good.

It was more a straight action game when I played it, I think theres a us demo now.

I remember a while back we had a "games in 2013 thread" and OL mentioned the best looking stuff was games from a few years ago (ninokuni, Tales of Xillia etc)

We were all like "Naw man this is gunna be a great year"

Download the demo play it finish it and will let you save and use that data on the purchased game. So you can beat part of the game in the demo. How awesome is that?
