Only a week after release Lost Planet 3 got put up as a weekly special on play-asia for half the price. Today is the last day of the sale, and there was no media on it, and nobody seems to have bitten most likely because no one cares.

This was a good idea, but Legends 3, nope that'd never have sold.

And, to add to that stupidity, Mighty No.9 has now gotten 1.8 million through Kickstarter. I just cannot understand what Capcom are even thinking. Would Capcom file a lawsuit?

I just hope Mighty No. 9 does continue to do well since Inafune was saying that there would be similar other series they could offshoot from it, like with Mega Man (equivalents to the X series, Legends series, Zero series etc would be very welcome, especially a new Legends series).

And nobody would care about a sale for a game which looks incredibly mediocre/boring like Lost Planet 3. I and many other people just have far better/more interesting games to play than that garbage. I'm personally more annoyed by them basically developing LP3 for the West and EX Troopers for Japan, as if we like mediocrity like that as opposed to the far more interesting and more fun looking EX Troopers. Fecking Capcom, man. So bloody incompetent.

Yeah. It has the original and arrange mode. Apparently, the game was made as a response to complaints from fans about the easy gameplay of Super Castlevania 4. The developers angrily, and childishly, made Chronicles- to give the fans "what they wanted." Somehow I managed to get past the Medusa boss in the original mode, and no further. But even the easier arrange mode is almost as ridiculous. Enemies gradually take more and more health and the enemies can adjust the angles they attack you from, making your slow character a sitting duck in most instances. The only real difference between the 2 modes, is that in the original mode, 1 hit takes about 1/3 of your health. In arrange mode, you take a bit less damage, which is more mandatory than a gift. The game basically becomes a dance of precision, where you have to be in certain spots at certain times or you will face certain death. And they have no problem giving you an insane boss at the end of a neigh impossible level.

Capcom is not in a good place, they don't really have anything in development, they had to cancel almost everything. PW is done, its in the hands of the localization team (Outsourced) Deep Down is an exclusive PS4 game because its being developed a long with SCEJ (Outsourced), Dead Rising 3 is being developed along with Microsoft Game Studios(Outsourced) Strider done by Double Helix (Outsourced), Nintendo is helping to develop Monster Hunter 4 (Outsourced)

Oh my bad, they're developing Breath of fire 6 in house.

EX troopers really shouldn't exist either considering its the reconstructed fetus of Legends 3. Yo be fair, Lost Planet 3 has most of the same problems that the other disappointing 3s of the last few years have which is likely why Capcom thought they could get away with releasing it.

Looks like I wont be playing Yakuza 4 as my 2nd PS3 just died on me.
