Remember the days when games like Dynamite Cop were legitimate console launch titles, made and comissioned by the console manufacturer no less. Good days they were. Such a joyous and unpretentious game that was clearly made by a bunch of people having a good time and letting their proverbial nuts hang (maybe it was actually a tortuous development, but it certainly doesn't play that way). Can you imagine Sony or MS commissioning a game about beating up murderous sushi chief's and bizarre human tortoises, with baguettes and salt shakers? Well I guess indie games at least provide similar arcade thrills right? I'm not sure if I've ever played a proper indie game...

I still go for games like that. I would take those over any multi bullion AAA hyped game using UT4 Cryblackgiantcockengin 7. Why liking the indie scene or handhelds. Seem to mosty keep gaming as gaming not let's pretend to be a movie

Does anybody know if Nintendo is currently working on a Mario game in the same vein as 64, Sunshine, and Galaxy, or was Super Mario 3D World supposed to be that game? I just want to know if there is anything to look forward to...

I don't play Mario anymore but the Wii U version seems to be their big Mario game for now. That said there is the 3DS 3D Mario which was loved by those who played it. Little bit Galaxy little bit 64. Not played myself but that's what I have heard.

Trying to figure out what to play and i fucking hate it when this happens! I was playing Red Dead Redemption. I played about 3/4s of it and it is a damn good game but it got to repetitive for me and the story draaaaaagggggs. I stand looking at my library of games and nothing jumps out at me screaming PLAY ME! I google "good PS3/360 RPGs" and "good PS3/360 Action Adventure Games" everything i either have already played or not interested in. I dont like not "currently playing something" you know what i mean? I dont know what to do with my free time lol. what to play?...
