so they bought new copies at msrp and are opening them to sell for profit. This should have never been a gamestop exclusive, they have abused it. Maybe Nintendo wont do another deal like that with them again. It kind of saddens me that Xenoblade didnt get as much availability as The Last Story, it deserved it.

Funny thing is XB sold about 7 times what TLS did. I mean it's near a mill. I think Nintendo had little faith in the game in the west end since it did so well and they are promoting X much much much more than XB. I think they will release it on a normal basis as they are hyping it as a big release for them instead of any game some internet thing begged them for. Not to mention Iwata took over NOA and said he wants more Japanese games brought west and so far that's happening. I am not worried about X is an exclusive to anyone. Betting it will be a normal release. Just don't expect to see it at Wal-Mart as they seem to update their stock of games once a year. Still see the same DS and PSP games I saw early last year.

That was one glitchy conference stream for me. Kept pausing or cutting forward every so often. Very annoying!

I am in a real mood for sidescrolling beat EM up hack and slash. I played all I can of Dragon's Crown,beat Dungeons & Dragons Arcade last night and another day played Guardian Heroes for the hundredth but never old time(fucking love that game) and Code of Princess. I really want to play more in that setting. Dragons, Knights, Goblins and more mythical creatures. I am at a loss right now too.

^ TMNT 2 3 on NES and Turtles in Time on SNES. Those are classic beat em ups in my book. Or Battles Toads or Double Dragon, also some goodies.

Get MAME and get playin'. Then again, I remember you saying you aren't into PC gaming.

If you're willing to buy off digital stores, there's also; The Simpsons (Arcade), X-Men (Arcade), Final Fight (Arcade) which are all classics that you can get off either Xbox Live or PSN.

Yeah not huge on PC gaming but I beat D&D last night with keyboard only. Wrists and fingers were sore.

If you're playing with MAME look into Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder - it's the best game in the series. Playing beat 'em ups on PC w/ keyboard does wreck your hands after a long session. I always use my PS3 via MotionJoy nowadays on emulators. You can also just plugin your 360 controller if you want. You could also pick up Odin Sphere if you've not had enough of Vanillaware yet.

Oh yeah, Knights of the Round & King of Dragons were both included in "Capcom Classics Collection Reloaded" on PSP, both of which are really good too.
