Shinobi. He did beat up Batman, Spiderman, the Terminator, AND Godzilla after all.

Skies. Grandia 2 just never really grabbed me in the 8-10 hours I played of it, while Skies had me right from the start (even though I still haven't beaten it). Maybe it's just a thematic thing. I loves me some pirates and blue skies.

Tenchu, without a doubt. I am a big fan of the Tenchu series. Rikimaru was my first avatar here I believe, it was an awesome avatar too...

Shadowrun on Genesis or Shadowrun on SNES?

^^Ha, I was thinking of posting "Shadowrun vs Shadowrun" myself last night.
I'd say SNES, because it feels a little more expansive. The social aspects feel more prominent in it, a bit like a PC RPG (which is really beneficial for something like the Shadowrun universe), while the Genesis one just feels like a 16-bit actioner with more dialogue than usual. That's not necessarily a bad thing of course, but the Genny version just feels a little less-impressive because of it.

Does it need to be Uncharted vs Call of Duty each time? I'm actually trying to gloss over the more obscure games, but with the videogame medium in general, it's a little difficult. Let's be honest: most games end up as being obscure eventually. That's just the nature of the medium. If you don't become an icon, you become obscure.
