New unused Virtua Fighter characters discovered!

And earlier this year we saw those secret menus in the first three Mortal Kombat games. It makes me wonder if there's anything significant to be found in Shenmue I or II still.

I can see why these characters have been omitted. Each of them looks kind of bland and not up to the standard compared to the other VF1 characters.
