Now this is something From haven't done in a long time. Nice to see them return to the Adventure genre.

Yeah, saw that yesterday. Almost looks like a total return to Echo Night (which I freakin love). The general aesthetics even remind me of some parts of Rule of Rose, which wasn't by From, but I loved regardless.
So yeah, only drawback: VR.
I don't have VR, and have practically no interest in getting it. So that's a bummer.
Still, very nice to see From trying this stuff out again. I said in the Sekiro topic that, given how diverse their back catalog always was, I really wish they'd go back to being so varied again. This may as well be an answer to that. Just a shame I won't be able to play it (unless it has a non-VR mode or something, which is doubtful).
