grrrr well thats your opinion, i still believe that the DC has many other great games that warrent its purchase. The saturn is another console that is a must have also since it has games that were not on its sucesser such as Nights. Man you cant generalise like this.

well at the end of the day everyone has their own opinion. atleast we all agree shenmue/2 are excellent games

go for it. im getting one and shenmue of ebay should get it soon.hopefully ill be able to track down a copy of shenmue 2 (pal) in australia somewhere if anyone knows of a place to get it please let me know. i used to have s2 on xbox before i sold it.its the only game i miss.

I think it's very worth getting....you can probably get one for like $20-30. The graphical capabilities are close to the PS2 and the original games look better on it than the ports on the next gen systems. Games are dirt cheap too. Games to get:

Shenmue 1&2
Sonic Adventure 1&2
Skies of Arcadia
DOA2
Street Fighter 3 series
Project Justice
Power Stone
RE:CV
Grandia 2
REZ
A bunch of 2D shooters like Bangai-O
etc...

i got my dreamcast today

and shenmue is in the mail on the way to my house.cant wait. ive never played the first shenmue before.

Yeah, best system for arcade fighters due to Naomi based hardware along with a great library of many AAA titles from various genres, also lots to do to the system.

at game exchange in my town they have DCs for $24.95 and shenmue copys for 12.99.im gonna go for it.
