Not sure, they actually shot on 3D cameras as opposed to post-3D conversion. I know 3D as a trend is slowly going away, people are realizing it's nothing worth the extra ticket price for.

It was shot in 3D. They had a segment on it in the special features on the Blu-Ray copy.

What I was trying to say is that there was a higher cost because they used 3D on site, but I can't tell you what the amount would be or what big difference it would make.

Dredd: Karl Urban reveals sequel "conversations" are happening

Karl Urban has told audiences at Chicago Comic-Con that it's "a definite possibility" for Dredd 2 to happen. But that we're now talking about a prequel.

"It's more likely that we'll do the Origins story, with Dredd trekking through the Cursed Earth to find the first Chief Judge Fargo," he says.

I don't care what it is, just give me more of Karl Urban's Dredd! (I also still need to read the sequel comic )
