Hey all I'm excited to have finally joined this forum. I hope I don't get any flak for this but I haven't yet played a shenmue game. I ordered shenmue 1 online and It should arrive in a few days. I seriously can't wait to play it. I also wanted to ask what area the track "cherry blossom wind dance" is from. I've listened to the soundtrack before online since it rocks and wondered if anyone could tell me what area it's from.

You shan't be disappointed, and soon you'll be like the rest of us, emotionally crippled by the lack of a conclusion, and you might even find yourself with a picture of Yu Suzuki framed on your wall like that jolly chap AXM did. Lord knows how he found himself a wife Love ya AXM.

Hello everyone, new member, my 1st post here!

Should've really joined here back in the day but didn't ever expect the series to be discontinued back then, neither did I think I'd become a big fan of it, but I've been a fan since buying the game (just saw my save file on my VMU from 1999, since I decided to power up the DC), I'm sure I didn't get the game since after 2000 so I'm not sure why it ways 1999? Long story short, I downloaded the rom today after realising it's possible to burn it to a cdr and get it working on the DC itself, I only have 2 dics of Shenmue 1 since one of them snapped ages ago so I'm glad to be able to replay this awesome game. My DC is quite banged up as well I'm surprised it even works! Shenmue 2 is my best game, I'll pronanly replay that after n all.

Happy to have joined here, I'm really hoping Shenmue 3 will be revealed at E3 this year, anyway, again, hi to all.

My name is James and I've been a fan of Shenmue since 2001. I saw the recent developments on various websites and Twitter and decided to sign up. I've been a long time lurker but always been a bit dissuaded from posting because of a lack of activity with the series. Here's hoping we have some good news come end of March!
