I woke up and got out of bed and when I bended over to pick up some socks I felt something pop near my lower back and I'm in agony doing much of anything at the moment. Even walking causes me agony, with every step. I thought I would lay down after getting home but I couldn't climb out for an hour trying to avoid triggering the pain.

You guys really need healthcare, though you shouldnt put wealth before health, if you really dont want to go to a hospital then go to a doctor, a quick look should allow them to diagnose if it's serious or not
