what exactly do you have the answers to Stagga? I can sum up Darwinism and the big bang theory quite well, but im not about to say I can "prove" them. (eventhough they are pretty bloody likely)

Prove to me, using facts (notice how I put "facts" in bold print), that God created the universe. And while you're at it, why don't you prove evolution wrong, and that Jesus walked on water...

BTW, "facts" are things that you can prove to be true, not something that you believe is so.

The only reason there's so much violence in the middle east is because of religion in the first place...Sure, half the world is starving, but the rest of it is doing pretty damn well. I doubt it's predicted in the Bible that those who were well of in the world in the year 2004 would choose to be so greedy. Earthquakes? There really hasn't really been earthquakes on a prophetic scale yet...

Ya im beginning to wonder about the end times myself. Yes i know it cant be proven by facts, but i believe in it so it matters not to me. Stuff like europe having one universal currency, all the stuff in the middle east, the natural disasters, things like this that are all mentioned in the Bible.

I havent read the whole thread yet (if i can get enough time outside of the program im writing i will ), but i must make a comment.

Why is it "Religious" (or maybe its just Christians) people dont believe in a united and peaceful world? Having one Currency and an Alliance through a large part (if not all the world) would end wars and bring much needed aid to failing coutries. How can this be an "evil" thing? Your "god" who cares about "all" likes to see the world in the state it is now?

Well it kinda boils down to that when the world unites it will go against Israel which is Jesus's land where he was born etc... The anti-christ will make a peace pact between in the middle east which will create a peacful time for 7 years I believe. Then the anti-christ will become the ruler of the united world, proclaiming that he himself is christ, and will want everyone to worship him. This is where the whole mark of the beast(666) comes in and that anyone who does not dawn the mark of the beast willnot be able to purchase food and other goods, stuff like that. Hope that helped.

I finally got the chance to read up on this whole thread and im gonna offer my $.02 ...

For starters we all "believe" in a "god" in basic terms a god is simply creation and distruction. The two most basic elements of the universe.

Now thats thats clear im gonna offer my views...

I dont believe in "Religious" gods, why? because they all are built on the idiotic belief that humans are somehow the most important thing in the universe. Even though the god portrayed in these religious texts seems to care less about humans (watching his actions in the real world vs his actions in the book, or sometimes even in the book). I mean Christians for instance believe that Jesus (and since theres this Trinity thing in Christianity, so God-Jesus-And some Holy Ghost are one) is all loving and cares about everyone, yet he's "Delaying" his "Coming" why? also things like the fact "God" cares about his chuch, but there lies a few hundred forms of Christianity many teaching totally oposite things. And the one that gets me everytime, god dosent even fund his own church...

But as i stated in the beginning its extremly idiotic to even be religious and think that some supernatural force made all of this and then turn around and believe it dosent care about the rest of its creations. I mean i look at it this way, if Religion were the truth about creation and the way the world should be etc. why dosent anything else in the universe seem to be "Worshipping" this god?

Wait so, it seems to me, that somebody... Didn't want the world to become united because they valued nationalism higher than humanitarianism. They also didn't want anyone to believe Jesus would return. Because as much as they want Jesus to come back, any 'Jesus' that came back, would be pushed off as the anti-christ. Think about it, are you going to believe somebody who says he is Jesus? I think not.

If this is true then why are Christians hindering the adoptance of a United World? if it truely is the anti-christ and the like according to you they wont have to go thru it. So why worry about what you wont experience?
