I honestly don't understand how you see it as a mess. Not trying to be difficult, but I'm having difficulty understanding your points from your previous post -- I just would like to understand why. But yeah, if you're ever in the spirit of writing, and want to explain your opinions on Guardians of the Galaxy, I'd love to hear them -- I'm in a marvel phase at the moment (obviously) and I'm kind of slightly fascinated by the whole marvel trend in general.

I'll have to wait until I rewatch Guardians of the Galaxy (in sequence) before I'd be willing to give my full opinion on the movie. Anyway, I look forward to some sort of argument in the future.

I love the Marvel movies in general and I especially love how it all ties in. I'm a huge fan of crossovers especially when it's done right.

But lately, it all feels too formulaic. They mistakenly think that keeping everything largely the same is the only way to go with some exceptions like Winter Solider. Daredevil was definitely a step in the right direction when they went into more adult territory. Not that i'm one of those "DAWWWK AND GWITTY" types, but changing it up is the only way to keep something fresh which is why I'm pretty disappointed when Edgar Wright exited from Ant Man.

His brand of humor was felt in the final but he really could've stepped it up if Marvel didn't fuck with his shit too much.
