Usergroups? What are they?

It's a group of members (e.g the admins may have a usergroup) Members of a usergroup normally have special rights, such as access to a private forum. Each group has a Group Mod, who decides how can get in. Some groups have open access (anyone can apply to be a part of it) or closed (no one gets in, unless the Group Mod allows them in)
